Treasury
Every dinar, in the account it is really in.
Keep every bank account, cash box, CCP account and wallet with a balance that nobody types in. Settle invoices as the money comes and goes, and follow each cheque to the bank and back. The forecast shows a shortfall before it arrives.
What it does
Every account, with its balance
Keep bank accounts, cash boxes, CCP accounts and electronic wallets, each in its currency. A bank account also holds its RIB. You enter the opening balance once, and every receipt, payment and transfer keeps it current.
Receive and pay against the invoices
Record what a client pays you and what you pay a supplier. One receipt can settle several invoices, and what no invoice claims stays on account. When you confirm it, the app updates the invoices, and the money posts at once or, for a cheque, when it clears.
Follow every cheque to the bank and back
Follow cheques, bills of exchange and promissory notes, received or issued, until the bank clears them. The ones you receive go to the bank on a deposit slip. You record an unpaid cheque, an endorsement or a stop payment on the cheque's own page.
Reconcile with the bank
Type in the bank statement and match its lines with your own, automatically or by hand. When its closing balance agrees with yours to the dinar, press Reconcile & lock. Unmatching a line reopens it.
See the cash, and what is coming
See what you hold right now, by account and by currency, and how it moved day by day. See the money expected in and out over the horizon you choose. If you record rent and instalments as recurring cash items, the forecast counts them in.
Works with
Sales
A client's receipt settles their invoices, and what they still owe comes down with it.
Procurement
A payment to a supplier settles their invoices, from the account you choose.
Payroll
A closed month's salaries become one draft payment per person from the wages account, and each one moves when you confirm it.
