Sales
Every sale, from the first quote to the last dinar.
Prepare a quotation, turn it into an order when the client accepts, deliver it and invoice what left the warehouse. You never type a line twice, because each step starts from the one before it.
What it does
Quote, then take the order
Prepare a priced quotation with the date it is valid until, and revise it while the client negotiates. Turn the one they accept into an order. Your rules can make an order wait for a manager's approval.
Deliver what was ordered
A delivery note takes its lines from the order, and it takes the goods out of stock when it ships. If you deliver part of an order, the app follows each line, so you always know what is left to send.
Invoice, and know who owes what
Invoice what you delivered, and the app works out the TVA. Record each payment as it comes in. The Sales home charts what you invoiced each month, and it lists the past-due invoices, oldest first.
Take goods back, and credit the client
A sales return puts the goods back in stock. A credit note then takes its amount off what the invoice still owes, and anything left stays on the note.
Works with
Business Partners
Every quotation, order and invoice is for a client of the register, with their identifiers and their payment terms.
Inventory
A delivery takes the goods out of the warehouse when it ships, and a return puts them back.
Treasury
A payment that you record on an invoice goes to the default account for its currency. In Treasury, you can choose the account.
